After learning from Andrea about her affair, Jesse moves in with Dylan and talks about the possibility of divorce while Dylan tries to reason with him to make up with her. Meanwhile, the reconciliation of Mel and Jackie gives David hope of reuniting with Donna whom he still has feelings for.
- Roger and Steve arrest a drink driver caught at the wheel of his car, only to discover that he is one of Jack's former prisoners who absconded from police custody two years previously. Whilst in custody, the suspect is taken ill with a possible virus and sent to St. Hugh's. Yvonne fails to take the advice of the relief and manages to cause a riot when a minor protest outside the hospital escalates. As Steve is drafted in to help calm the rioters, Roger is unexpectedly overcome by the suspect's son, who arrives armed in an attempt to break his father out of police custody. Honey arrives in the nick of time to prevent an escape, but finds herself being held at gunpoint by the boy's brother.
- Neil and Jack arrive at Sgt. Hugh's to speak to suspect Roland O'Brien, only to walk right into the middle of a hostage situation - finding themselves being tied up in the boiler room by O'Brien's deranged son. Adam arrives to take charge of the situation, and assigns Jo to be the negotiator in the absence of the hostage negotiation team. Jo attempts to use O'Brien's ex-girlfriend, who is now carrying his baby, in an attempt to secure Roger's safety. Meanwhile, Steve sees red and rescues Honey from the clutches of O'Brien's other son, wrestling him to the floor. When Roger attempts to obtain medical help for Roland, he gets into a tussle with his son, and the gun fires, injuring the boy.

Material is found underneath Jill's fingernails; meanwhile, Gary's neck has three fresh scratch wounds on it. Greg tells Paige he plans to move out of L.A. after being elected mayor. On election day, a newspaper story leaks that Greg had planned to sue to get his daughter back. The reporter calls Paige and thanks her for the scoop. Greg loses the election. Ted and Abby form an alliance "to win." Gary recalls that when he last saw Jill she had been drinking. Mack thinks Gary killed her.

- Clyde Hinshaw who is in jail for murder seems peculiarly nonchalant about his upcoming trial. When the Lone Ranger sees Ma Hinshaw and her son talking to Judge Brady who has seen the murder, he talks to the judge and learns that the Hinshaws hold the judge's daughter Molly under threat of murder if the judge does not present his testimony so that Clyde is acquitted. In the meantime, Ma Hinshaw and Rufe split up so Tonto can not follow the trail. However the Lone Ranger devises a plan to make Clyde believe that the hideout has been found and that Tonto and he will break him out of jail for price so Clyde will lead them to the hideout. Tonto leaves a trail for a posse on the way.

- On Juna, SG-1 gets a hostile welcome from the local warriors' leader Darian, who seems incredulous they even dared to return. They loyally deliver Sam and Teal'c to Cronus and told them to bury the Stargate. Cronus orders Darian to decapitate Daniel by staff weapon- to find his head is robotic. Cronus's obvious astonishment makes Darian doubt his divinity. At the SGC, Harlan urge them to go on a mission. The master robot-creator tells SG-1 that the robot versions of them he created need to recharge after 48 hours. In order to prevent the Goa'uld gaining access to their duplicates' memories, SG-1 reluctantly go to Juna. Darian now joins them, but feels most of his people won't dare challenge Cronus. The two Teal'cs concentrate on revenging the original's father by attacking Cronus recklessly, while the Sams and Jacks deal with the military problems and overthrowing the Goa'uld rule.
- Taggart and Jardine go to Munich in order to prove that a man they suspect of murdering his wife is having an affair with her daughter. In order to placate his wife, Taggart brings her along as well but doesn't tell her he's on the job.

- Sergeant Duval is trying to break up a gang of gunrunners operating in Northern Morocco. Unfortunately, his informant is killed before he can provide more than the sketchiest information about the gang's activities. Captain Gallant and Sgt. Knight go undercover to infiltrate the outlaws' operations, but when Gallant's cover is inadvertently blown by a friendly Legionnaire, he's marked for death by the crooks.
- Bernie rings Corneil from school asking him to meet him down there as soon as possible - there's an emergency! Bernie tells Corneil that the school principal has confiscated a tape showing Corneil talking. They must get the tape back at all costs. But Bernie hasn't exactly told Corneil the whole truth...
